Heart, Love & Soul’s Outreach Team heads into the Niagara Falls community on a regular basis to build relationships with our most vulnerable neighbors. We work to connect at-risk individuals to a range of housing resources and support services within the homelessness Continuum of Care.

Our homeless outreach efforts help to ensure that people’s basic needs are met while providing guidance along the pathway toward housing stability. Our team conducts outreach at various times during the week, but the Outreach Case Manager is typically available Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 3:00pm.
