Through funding provided by Housing and Urban Development's Resident Opportunity and Self Sufficiency (ROSS) Program, Heart, Love & Soul provides service coordination for elderly and disabled residents of the Niagara Falls Housing Authority. The HLS Service Coordinator provides services directly onsight at Wrobel and Spallino Towers to assist residents with maintaining benefits that help them live independently.
