Your new support system

Our experienced case managers are the warm welcome committee into Heart, Love & Soul, introducing each guest to the social care services we offer. They also provide intake and assessment to housing resources within the WNY Continuum of Care- a collaborative program that provides a full range of emergency, transitional, and permanent housing of unhoused persons.

Reviewing each guest’s unique needs, our team helps people experiencing homelessness by providing services such as case management, navigation of the social care system, housing recommendations, and linkage to benefits and support services.

Our ‘housing first’ approach

Working with other community agencies across WNY, Heart, Love & Soul helps individuals that are at risk of or experiencing homelessness to secure permanent housing using a “Housing First” assistance approach. Housing First is guided by the belief that people need to acquire the basic necessity of shelter before they are able to work on improving other aspects of life, such as employment and medical help. By providing housing assistance services, we help our guests take that first step towards a brighter future with no strings attached.
