We are always accepting various items to stock the Pantry and Necessary Store, supply the kitchen, and support our additional programs.
Heart, Love & Soul greatly appreciates every donation we receive. Each donated food or supply item helps support the health and well-being of our guests, and goes towards ending hunger in Niagara Falls.

Help us support neighbors in need by donating items for our outreach backpacks. Outreach backpacks are thoughtfully packed bags filled with practical, essential items that our team distributes to individuals experiencing homelessness or housing insecurity throughout the year.

Please note that Heart, Love & Soul does not accept used or secondhand clothing donations. Donations of new children’s toys are only collected during the Christmas season.
If you would like to donate secondhand clothes, please consider one of the following agencies in Niagara Falls:

- Heavenly Threads, Holy Trinity Community Thrift Store, 1419 Falls Street
Host a collection drive
Take action against hunger and help your neighbors in need! To host a food drive in benefit of Heart, Love & Soul, please contact us by phone or email. We will provide you with a current list of our most needed items.
We recommend running your drive for at least 2 weeks. Once your collection period is over, please drop off your donations during our normal hours of operation at 939 Ontario Avenue | Niagara Falls, NY 14305.
