Our experienced case managers are the warm welcome committee into Heart, Love & Soul, introducing each guest to the social care services we offer. Case managers are on-site Monday–Friday, and work one-on-one with guests to support and advocate for them in their journey to living a life of dignity.

Each guest reviews their unique needs and circumstances with one of our case managers, who then connects them with the services and programs that will benefit them the most. Under the case management program, guests can receive assistance with understanding benefits, completing forms of all types, service referrals, securing identification, and a variety of other needs.
